Want to know where your order is? Here's how tracking works.

Step 1: Check Your Email

As soon as your order ships, we send a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Step 2: Give It a Few Days to Activate

Tracking numbers can take up to 3–5 business days after your order ships to show movement in the carrier's system. This is normal — your order is on its way even if tracking looks quiet at first.

Step 3: Know What to Expect

• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
• Standard shipping typically takes 7–20 business days after processing
• Expedited shipping, where available, typically takes 5–12 business days

We ship within the United States only. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Can't Find Your Tracking Info?

Email us at contact@hoknza.com with your order number and we'll look it up and resend it to you.

Tracking Says Delivered, But You Don't Have It?

Please check with neighbors and around your property first, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly before or after they physically arrive. If you still can't locate it after 24 hours, contact us at contact@hoknza.com and we'll help sort it out.
