All product descriptions, including images, are provided by our suppliers (CJdropshipping and USAdrop) and are subject to change. Slight variations in color, size, or appearance may occur due to the nature of dropshipping and manufacturing.

SECTION 5 – ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, household, or order. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email address provided at the time the order was made. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and payment details, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

SECTION 6 – ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING

HOKNZA STORE operates on a dropshipping model. Orders are fulfilled by our trusted third-party suppliers, CJdropshipping and USAdrop. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, it is submitted to the appropriate supplier for processing and shipment directly to you.

We do not maintain physical inventory. Delivery times and shipping carriers are determined by our suppliers based on product availability and your delivery location. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on processing times, estimated delivery windows, and shipping zones.

HOKNZA STORE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control.

SECTION 7 – RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our return and refund policy is governed by our separate Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Please review it carefully before placing an order.

In summary: we accept return and refund requests within 30 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return requests are initiated by contacting us at contact@hoknza.com.
